Welcome Letter -
In accordance with the NSW Smoking Act 2011 Smoking is not permitted in any area of the motel except the smoking designated area, located undercover between the garden beds on cobra street side (look for the palm leaf. Please do not smoke anywhere else in the motel, including carpark or drop butts on ground in smoking area as there will be an automatic cleaning charge of $100 if you do so.
 
Welcome Letter -
We provide pool towels at reception, please do not use the room towels at the pool and ensure they are returned as a $20 charge per towel will apply.
 
Welcome Letter -
It is a requirement that an Express Clean Service be conducted daily and a full service is conducted to our guests who stay longer than 3 days. Please ensure you leave the bed free of items so we can make it. Our team will be more than happy to provide additional amenities if requested. Excessively dirty rooms will be charged a cleaning fee, external bins around the motel and an extra bag is below the one in your bin if they are required.
 
Welcome Letter - On your departing day, checkout time is 10am. Please place your key in the express checkout box, located outside reception. DO NOT LEAVE IT IN THE ROOM. Please do not leave the key in the room. If you are wanting to extend, please let us know before then.

We provide complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi from all areas of the motel. To connect to the motel Wi-Fi, select the Palms WiFi network and use the password palmsguest2020, don’t forget to tick the box for terms and conditions acceptance.
 
Welcome Letter -
All guests are entitled to quiet enjoyment. Anyone found to make unacceptable  noise between 10pm and 7am will be immediate evicted with no refund from the motel for breaching this policy. Similarly if you find anything you are unhappy with, please come to reception or call us 24×7 for immediate assistance on 02 6881 8155. Your happiness is our Number One Priority
