Starting November 18, residents of the Greater Sydney area who are fully vaccinated can travel to regional New South Wales cities like Dubbo. Children under 16 years of age can also visit Dubbo if their fully vaccinated guardians accompany them.
As always, the COVID-19 checks are still in place. Proof of vaccine may be required, and establishments in Dubbo may refuse those who cannot show proof of vaccine. It is important to note that visitors arriving in New South Wales from areas of concern must complete a self-declaration form and may be required to get tested for COVID-19. - No capacity limits for major entertainment facilities and recreational areas anymore.
- No limits to the number of people who can spend time on a property.
- No booking limits for hospitality facilities like restaurants and hotels.
However, there is a limit of 1 person per 2 square metres of indoor and outdoor facilities in New South Wales.
