The Adventure Playground at Dubbo Regional Botanic Gardens is located in Elizabeth Park, on Coronation Drive, Dubbo. The Adventure Playground has variable opening hours, which depend on both the day of the week and time of year.
During Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDST) the Adventure Playground is open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm, except Wednesday when the playground is open 12pm to 8pm (the Playground is closed on Wednesday mornings for maintenance).
During normal Eastern Standard Time (i.e., outside of Daylight Savings), the Adventure Playground is open 7 days a week from 8am to 6pm, except Wednesday when the playground is open 12pm to 6pm (the Playground is closed on Wednesday mornings for maintenance).
The Dubbo Botanic Garden Adventure Playground Café is open Friday to Sunday from 10am until 2pm. As an added bonus, during NSW public school holidays the Café is open Friday to Monday, 10am until 2pm. The Café offers delicious fresh coffee and a range of tasty treats for kids and adults alike, and nearby tables and seating provide a shady spot that conveniently overlooks the Adventure Playground.
