Devil’s Hollow Brewery is the brewery brainchild of four schoolfriends and their partners who, in 2017, decided to build a craft brewery business in the central western NSW town of Dubbo. With Brendon O’Sullivan at the helm, the group have taken the craft brewery business to a new high in Dubbo and the brewery is a must-visit establishment for those staying in or passing through Dubbo.
The group have put much time and effort into choosing the perfect location, designing their perfect venue, developing the right vibe, building the right team, and deciding on the range of beers best suited to their target market.
